Gilbert Ruvalcaba, President & CEO Mr. Ruvalcaba has been involved in the Architectural field for over 22 years and 17 of those years have been in parking structure design.  In his 17 years of parking structure design experience Mr. Ruvalcaba has design over 75,000 stalls and over 24,500,000 million square feet of post tension decks. He is known for his out of the box approach, with special emphases in parking structure layout, efficiency and project budget.

As President & CEO, Mr. Ruvalcaba is responsible for overseeing the contract administration, design development and production phase of all projects, project management of large and/or complex projects including all facets of city submittals, the production of contract documents and construction administration. He has been responsible for all phases of project design, from inception through construction administration, with the goal of maintaining aesthetic integrity while meeting demanding schedules and project budgets.
 

 

Craig R. Williamson, AIA, Director of Project Management  
Gilbert Ruvalcaba, President & CEO As Director of Production and Quality Control, Mr. Williamson is responsible for overseeing the contract administration and production phase of all projects including all facets of city submittals. The production of contract documents and construction administration, with the goal of maintaining aesthetic integrity while meeting demanding schedules and project budgets.
 

Mr. Williamson has been involved with many industrial, offices, parking structure, entertainment, educational and retail projects. His responsibilities at PDS include client interface, consultant coordination, quality assurance and code/agency review and coordination. His architectural degree was earned at California State Polytechnic University and he has managed projects located in Spain, Malaysia, Singapore, Mexico and Canada, Arizona, Nevada, and Illinois.

Seven-level, 1,200 car parking structure on a film and television studio lot.

Seven-level, 1,100 car parking structure.

• Corona Summit Corporate Center – Corona, CA

Approximately 517,000 sq. ft. including one six-story and two three-story office buildings designed to be LEED certified.

• Airport Corporate Centre at Centrelake – Ontario, California

Approximate 120,000 sq. ft. office complex consisting of three, two- and one-story buildings.

• Manhattan Beach Studios - Manhattan Beach, California

The first film and television studio to be built from the ground up in Southern California in 60 years with fourteen sound stages, eight production support buildings, a shop/grip and lighting storage building, four-story office building, and a parking structure totaling 806,000 square feet.

• Los Angeles Center Studios - Los Angeles, California

The first film and television studio to be built in downtown Los Angeles in 60 years with six NC25 sound stages and four production support buildings totaling 142,000 square feet on a sloped 4-acre site.

 


Roger Deitos, AIA, Director of Design
Gilbert Ruvalcaba, President & CEO As Director of Design, Mr. Deitos is responsible for all phases of architectural programming, planning and design. He is skilled in the design, production and construction of industrial, high tech office buildings, retail, laboratories, research and development facilities, electronics, institutional, and government facilities. As a leader in the firm’s architectural success and driving force towards innovative solutions, Mr. Deitos understands the importance of appropriately designed projects that are value engineered to excel in the market place while maintaining long-term value.
 

Mr. Deitos works closely with Owners, contractors and other project team members in order to complete projects on time and on budget. He is a registered architect and holds a Bachelor of Architecture from California Polytechnic State University. Mr. Deitos.
